I would rather sit on a pumpkin and have it all to myself, than be crowded on a velvet cushion.
Henry David Thoreau
Me, I would rather eat anything pumpkin!
My sister told me that she went to Michael’s and saw fabric pumpkins.
She told me that I should make some more.
My friends and I are going to make some next Monday.
I have already made large and medium size fabric pumpkins, so today, I tried my hand at a petite pumpkin.
This time, I inserted the needle through the center to make the pumpkin ribs.
This method makes it look more like a tomato pin cushion than a pumpkin.
I will go back to the other method of inserting the needle from the bottom, pulling tight to form a rib, then tie a knot at the top before going downward on another seam and repeating the process.
My brother sent me another box filled with fabric memos!
This box has more cotton/linen fabric, which I think might be easier to use.
I think it looks great just the way it is! 😊
I really like this, looks so pumpkin-y. I’d love one of these sat in my porch
I agree, this does look like a pumpkin! You have the sweetest brother – nice to get care packages of fabric!
Oh! That is seriously cute!
